You can find the PvP gear vendors in Stormwind’s Old Town district. In Orgrimmar, the PvP gear vendors are in the Hall of Legends, in the Valley of Spirits area. Some of these may make good upgrades while leveling! Honor caps out at 4000, so be sure to spend it before you reach the cap.
