Emprise du Lion
Emprise du Lion has two convenient places to farm Silverite. One is Alphonse’s Passage near the Highgrove Camp. The other is on the eastern side of Judicael’s Crossing (once it has been restored) and on the path from Pools of the Sun toward Leotine’s Steward. Silverite can abundantly be found in the Frostback Basin.

Does the Black Emporium sell Dragon Bone?
Dragon bone is a great crafting material, but there isnt enough. There are only a set number of Dragons in the game, and the black emporium shop only has a finite amount.

Masterwork materials are special crafting components that come in the form of item drops and ore deposits. For example, you have a small chance to loot Fade-Touched Plush Fustian Velvet off high-level Red Templar enemies, or to get Fade-touched Silverite from Silverite ore deposits.
How do you get silverite at Level 8?
Even at level 8, I was able to slowly kill all of the templars by using either an archer or mage. Once you’ve killed the templars, you can move into their camp and replace it with your own. This removes the barrier preventing you from moving further into the area. There will be silverite immediately behind where the barrier was.
