If you go to her room (the first one on the right in the Hall of Countenance), In the right side of the room is a table with a chair. The notes are under the table.

What can you do with Tolfdir’s alembic?
Simply return the alembic to Tolfdir when you speak to him, and earn the reward each time. Tolfdir will give you thirty gold and an empty petty, lesser or common soul gem for returning his misplaced property.
How do you get to the Hall of countenance in Skyrim?
There is a trapdoor to the Midden at the bottom of the stairs and an arcane enchanter and an alchemy lab upstairs. There is also an alchemy lab in Drevis Neloren’s bedroom on the bottom floor. The hall can be accessed via a doorway in the southern part of the courtyard.
Who sells Destruction spells in Skyrim?
The ‘Wall of…’ Expert Destruction spells can be purchased from Faralda in the College of Winterhold and it seems that higher spells are purchasable once you have the corresponding perk.
