Skull Lake
You’ll find Kilton for the first time (and only for this time) on the western eye island of Skull Lake. The fastest way to get here is to travel to Zuna Kai shrine, then jump off the west side of the pillar and paraglide down. You’ll have to visit at night (or go there, then build yourself a fire) to find Kilton.
How do I get to Kilton Bote?
If you look at your map on the northeast side, Skull Lake is the skull. Kilton, the merchant who’s selling the goods, will be on the left eye of the skull, and is easy to find since there’s a giant balloon attached to him. Make sure you show up after 9 PM, since He only comes out at night.

Kilton can be found every night from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM near every village. If Link is still around after 5:00 AM, he will stay until spoken to, at which time he will bid his farewell and suddenly disappear. During the day, the spots where Kilton appears are marked by a signpost.
Do Stalnox count as Hinox for Kilton?
Stalnox found outdoors can only be fought at night and appear as inactive Hinox skeletons during the day. One Stalnox guards the Hylian Shield inside Hyrule Castle’s Lockup.
