deadric dont have more armor rating than dragon nor do more dmg than dragon. If you go with heavy armor, you dont care about weight because weight due to perk will be 0. Personally I find easier to get dragon bones/scales rather than deadric hearts. Both armors are upgraded by ebony ingots.
