If you’re not able to migrate because you have forgotten the email address you originally used to register your account, we can migrate the account for you if you follow these steps: Contact Minecraft support and provide your transaction ID and the email address registered to your Mojang account.
How do I migrate my child’s Minecraft account?
Login to minecraft.net with your child’s Mojang account and find the prompt IT’S YOUR TURN TO MOVE! on your profile page and click MOVE MY ACCOUNT. The launcher message about migration will also redirect you to the profile page.
